Do you follow the Current Alberta Dental Association Fee Guide?

Yes, we do!

Do you offer direct billing?

Yes, we are pleased to offer direct billing, also called assignment.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, we offer a variety of payment plans. If you require financing please discuss this with us prior to visiting the clinic so you can be pre-approved!

What costs will my dental insurance company cover?

Dental benefits vary from plan to plan, so it’s important to make sure you understand what your plan covers. If you provide us with your plan details, we are more than happy to give you an ESTIMATE of what your costs will be.

What factors do you consider when providing an estimate for treatment?

Our dental estimates are based on the information we have on file. If you’re concerned about exactly what costs you’ll be responsible for, simply ask about our ‘Pre-Treatment Estimate.’

What is a ‘Pre-Treatment Estimate’?

A Pre-Treatment Estimate is submitted to your insurance to give you an accurate cost of the treatment. Upon request, we’ll file this paperwork with your insurance provider before any dental work is performed. While this may delay your treatment, you’ll know exactly what (if any) out-of-pocket costs you may be required to pay.

What payment options are available to me?

We require payment in full at the time of treatment. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Interac (Debit).

What is the best way to budget for my treatment?

Our Dental Administration Team is happy to provide you with a detailed treatment plan outlining the associated costs to help you budget for each appointment accordingly. We can also prioritize your treatments so that you can tent to the most urgent dental needs as soon as possible, and plan further treatments over time.
